The Holy Spirit is a person in the triunity of God. The Scriptures explicitly state that He is a person, shares the same attributes as God, and was and is actively involved in salvation, sanctification, and in brining glory to God.
It was foretold by John the Baptist: Matthew 3:11, Mark 1:8, Luke 3:16. The Spirit was not yet given to permanently indwell believer's until after Jesus ascended. Luke 24:49, Acts 1:4-5.
Spirit baptism occurs the moment a person is redeemed (saved). 1 Corinthians 12:13 They that repent and believe in Jesus Christ are made alive and transferred into the kingdom at this point. Colossians 1:13, Galatians 3:27-28
The Sealing by The Holy Spirit is the sealing or guarantee of your salvation based on God's promise. Ephesians 1:13-14, 2 Corinthians 1:21-22.

The Indwelling of the Holy Spirit speaks of our communion with and empowerment by God. Ephesians 3:16-17, 1 Corinthians 3:16, Romans 8:9-11
Being filled with The Holy Spirit is to be controlled by the Spirit: Ephesians 5:18-19. Note this equivalent passage in Colossians Colossians 3:16. Obeying God, His revealed will in the Word of God, is being Spirit filled.
