Like the Bereans who examined the Scriptures daily ((Acts 17:11), as the Apostle Paul was teaching in their synagogue, so should we examine all things in light of what God is saying in His word. In our churches, in our bible studies, in our home groups, at conferences, and especially online; examine what you are hearing or reading with your bible open. To understand the bible takes time and work. You must read it to know what it says and study it to know what it means. And you must discern what others may be teaching.
I am a disciple of Christ. I'm hoping to provide material here that will be helpful to other disciples or potential disciples! It is a work in progress so all menu items may not be available at the present time. This site is of course content only. Discipleship is meant to be lived out among the body of believers (the church) and in the world by proclaiming the gospel. (Matthew 28:19-20) What the bible says about discipleship can be found on the discipleship page.
If you don't believe the bible is God's word, I implore you to look at the Bibliology page. This will provide you with some convincing material on why the bible is God's word, ultimately you must accept God at His word by faith, something that only God can provide! (Ephesians 2:8-9)
I hope that you'll find this site helpful. If you come across something you believe may be in error, please reach out via the contact page. And always remember - 1 Corinthians 13:4-7
Love is patient, love is kind, it is not jealous; love does not brag, it is not arrogant. It does not act disgracefully, it does not seek its own benefit; it is not provoked, does not
keep an account of a wrong suffered, it does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; it keeps every confidence, it believes all things, hopes all things, endures
all things.
